Fendolite application to cut and cover tunnel areas.
Largest Fendolite Fireproofing job ever undertaken in Australia. Over 130,000 bags applied. Work was completed on multiple job sites at one time. Work completed on time and within budget.

Application of Fireproofing (Isolatek Type 300) to all primary and secondary steel beams.
Thirty-seven storey structural steel office and retail building. McAfee Plastering & Spraying Pty Ltd achieved an Australian record for the vertical pumping of Fireproofing material. From a ground floor pumping station McAfee Plastering & Spraying pumped 153 m vertically, this eliminated the hoisting of tonnes of fireproofing material and saving the builder valuable hoisting time. With the use of Dual Nozzles (two sprayers operating from the one pump) supplied by the Putzmiester Big Blue Fireproofing pump McAfee Plastering & Spraying were able to complete one floor in two days spraying time. Generally floors were completed within the five day cycle time requested by the builder.

Fendolite application to cut and cover tunnel areas.
Applied Fendolite to the cut and cover section of the Legacy Way tunnel. The work was undertaken during the night shift so other workers could continue during the day without interference.

Application of Cafco® 300 to 6 storey commercial and ten storey steel frame development.
Application of 5000 bags of Promat’s Cafco® 300. The builder required fast application of passive fire spray so that other trades were not held up. McAfee had two machines working 10 hour shifts to complete floors in a 6 day cycle to achieve the builders program per floor.
